Dr. Sourabh Khemani is a Third Generation Visionary Industrialist, Entrepreneur, Prolific Inventor, Awakener, Trainer, International motivational Speaker, Strategic Business Advisor, Technocrat and an Honorary Advisor to the Department of MSME&T, Government of West Bengal and also a Member of the Think Tank Group to the Ambassador of the Republic of Colombia. He hails from the reputed Khemani Family which has the distinction of importing India's first automatic Plastics Injection Moulding Machine in 1937 which led to the mass production of plastic products in India.
Dr. Sourabh Khemani is the Founder Chairman & CEO of CyberCorp Limited, a Conglomerate that has been incorporated with the special purpose of building a unique platform that provides end-to-end Technical Products, Solutions, Services, Advisory, Consulting, Lab Training, Knowledge, and Business Resources in the broad domains of: Cyber Security, Industry 4.0, Emerging Technologies, Web3, Cloud Services, Edutech etc.
He is also the Principal Group Director of L. S. Davar & Co. - India's oldest (established in 1932) largest and most trusted tier-1 IP Law firm of the Indian origin. Under his guidance, the firm has advised over 1000 clients including fortune 500 companies, MSME and tech start-ups not only in IP protection but also IP enforcement and licensing.
He is well versed in IPR Laws and procedures and as an inventor, he holds two patents in his name on recycling of plastics.
Apart from being a part of the top management of the most trusted IP Law firm of India, he has over 42 years of hands-on experience in running of industries. He is also a mentor at the Center of Excellence (COE) - IOT with Nasscom where he mentoring more than 20 start-ups. He is a Distinguished Member of the Society of Plastic Engineers (USA) and was also conferred with the degree of ‘Fellow’ by The Indian Plastics Institute (FIPI). He was also conferred with a HC Doctorate Degree (PhD.) in Philosophy which was presented by the Hon’ble Union Minister of Commerce & Industries, Govt. of India in the year 2016 at New Delhi and a Higher Doctorate (D.Litt.) in 2018. He was also awarded the prestigious Bharat Gaurav Award in 2017 and Global Achiever’s Award in 2020.
He is an accomplished Application Polymer Engineer. He is also a highly skilled expert in the processing of polymers using various processes and is known for his execution skills, financial expertise, people management capabilities. He has also received training from global giants like DuPont (USA), and ICI (UK) in their R&D Labs. He has always demonstrated rapid learning capabilities and adoption of innovative techniques and has a deep understanding of multi-layered and cross-layered project monitoring for seamless integration of services.
He is also a philanthropist and a committed social worker. He devotes plenty of his time and effort in the upliftment of the underprivileged section of society.
Additionally, he is the Honorary Secretary, Treasurer and Advisor-in-Chief at The Bustee Welfare Centre where nearly 500 children from the under privileged section of our society receive completely free education and the children provided with proper classes, Books, uniforms (summer, winter and Sports including shoes), medical facilities as well as a hot mid-day meal.
He is also the Liason Director at The Rotary Community Corps Committee of Rotary International and is also on the Board of Directors of the The Rotary Club of Calcutta, which is the Oldest Rotary Club in Mainland Asia and was established in September 1919. He serves on various committees both at the National and Regional Chamber level. He has a pleasing personality and is extremely popular amongst his family, friends and the society at large.
Anil Kaushik is a distinguished media professional, corporate strategist, and socio-political thinker with over three decades of experience across print media, satellite communication, broadcasting, imaging, telecommunications, manufacturing, marketing, insurance, and finance.
Recognized early for his leadership, he became the youngest editor of a national daily newspaper and was conferred the President of India Medal for Scouting at the age of 15. He had the privilege of working alongside former Prime Minister of India, Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee, shaping his early socio-political journey.
As a journalist, publisher, and editor, he has led prominent publications, including Business Newsweek International, and has contributed to television and program production, directing the epic serial Devi Bhagwat and co-producing Indradhanush, India’s first video magazine. His intellectual pursuits include research papers, authored works such as Chemistry of Frontiers, and active contributions to literary and cultural forums as a poet, writer, and theatre director.
Anil Kaushik holds advanced degrees in Mass Communication and Journalism (University of Sagar, Topper) and has enriched his academic profile with specialized training in social journalism, film appreciation, yoga, and medical rescue sciences. He has also been a visiting lecturer at universities and the founder of the Swadesh School of Journalism, mentoring future generations of media professionals.
In the corporate world, he has successfully managed ventures in healthcare, financial services, and technology, including Focus TPA, Paramount Health Group, SEACLOR® systems with De Nora India, and lamp manufacturing units across India. His leadership expanded to ICT Oman, where he continues to serve as Director and Partner, steering financial advisory solutions on a global scale.
